I have worked with organisations and companies across the education, public, health and corporate sectors, drawing on my expertise in neurodiversity, accessibility and inclusion.

As a neurodivergent academic with a PhD and experience of commissioned research, consultancy and knowledge exchange, I have advised organisations on neurodivergent communication, accessibility, workplace inclusion and practice. My work has included commissioned reports and research for organisations including NHS England, the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) and the Westminster Commission on Autism, alongside consultancy and advisory work with a range of companies and other organisations.
